Log into your RW&CO. account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn merchandise back into its original packaging, ensuring all price tags and labels remain intact.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our distribution center inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
